FCIL ENSAP: Digital Environment at the Service of Personal Autonomy

Presentation of the training

The holder of the certificate of professional skills developed by the qualification "Digital environment at the service of the autonomy of the person" (ENSAP) exercises his activity:

• in the constant concern for the well-treatment of the person;
• for the purpose of gaining or maintaining their autonomy;
• respecting ethical rules, in particular professional secrecy and discretion;
• by respecting the rules of the art and the technical standards within the limits of the fields of intervention of each one;
• in the context of multi-professional teamwork with reference to the limits of competence;
• by adopting a reflective attitude about their professional practice and activities.

The ENSAP qualification is issued according to two “technician” or “accompanying” profiles, depending on the origin of the candidate.

Priority admission to training is given to holders of the following diplomas:

For the technician profile:

• Bac pro Trades in electricity and its connected environments (MELEC)
• Professional electrician certificate
• Bac pro Digital Systems (SN)

For the accompanying profile:

• Bac pro Accompaniment, care and personal services, home option (ASSP “at home”)
• Bac pro Accompaniment, care and services to the person, option in structure (ASSP "in structure")
• Bac pro Services to people and territories (SAPAT)

Applications outside of these diplomas will be studied according to the professional project of the candidate.

The holder of the certificate of professional skills developed by the qualification "Digital environment at the service of the autonomy of the person", profile "technician", carries out activities of realization, commissioning and maintenance of electrical installations and communicating digital systems. Its specific qualification mainly concerns:

• the definition of technical solutions in response to the needs or requests of the person with a loss of autonomy,
• the preparation of the intervention at the home of the person in loss of autonomy,
• communication adapted to this client, in connection with his entourage and professionals in the health and social sector.

The additional skills validated by this qualification provide him with expertise to practice his profession with people with loss of autonomy as well as visibility with the employer. Thus, in addition to the activities carried out in the sectors and companies of the original diplomas, the "technician" profile is particularly suited to carry out its activities within the organizations of social landlords, medico-social structures, and in companies specializing in autonomy support solutions.

The holder of the certificate of professional skills developed by the qualification "Digital environment at the service of the autonomy of the person", profile "accompanying", carries out supervisory activities with a small team of home helpers. Its specific qualification mainly concerns:

• support for the person in the use of IT tools and digital technical aids,
• first level maintenance,
• communication with professionals in the technical sector.

In addition to the activities carried out in the sectors and companies of the original diplomas, the "accompanying" profile has expertise in the field of connected digital technologies. This profile is able to ensure the overall care of the person with a loss of autonomy in their digital environment. With a view to setting up a one-stop shop, this professional can ensure the synchronization of service providers.
