TRAINING CONTRIBUTION (Ex Apprenticeship Tax)

We are committed to preparing our students as well as possible for their entry into working life with all the skills and know-how expected by the profession. This is why we are committed to modernizing and acquiring quality equipment in line with your professional environment.

To help us in this task, we are looking for a share of self-financing which involves collecting the Apprenticeship Tax. With the new law "for the freedom to choose one's professional future" this changes and becomes "Training Contribution". The share that can come back to us, if you choose to do so, is 0,09% of the gross payroll provided that the company “arrows” our establishment for this “balance”.

From 2023, payment of the apprenticeship tax balance, like that of the main share, will be with the URSSAF.

There will be no more direct collection by the organizations authorized to collect the balance of the apprenticeship tax.

The legal deadline for the annual settlement of the balance of the apprenticeship tax (due under the 2022 payroll) is set at May 5 (for companies with more than 50 employees) and at 15th May 2023 (for companies with less than 50 employees). It will be declared online via the DSN (Nominative Social Declaration) of April 2023.

The balance of the apprenticeship tax collected by the URSSAF will be transferred to the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations which will then transfer the funds to the authorized organizations according to the assignments of the companies.

SOLTEA, the Caisse des Dépôts allocation platform and consignments will list all the establishments authorized to collect the balance of the apprenticeship tax. It will allow companies to designate the establishments that benefit from their apprenticeship tax balance.

Let's work together for the dynamics of the territory.

Professional Training Periods (PFMP)

Company immersion is the basis of our training system. Indeed, a Bac pro student is required to complete 22 weeks of PFMP in his 3-year course. For a CAP student, the duration is 14 weeks over two years.

Our students will certainly come to your companies to ask you for an immersion. This act is not easy to do for these students, we are counting on your kindness.

The hourly volume of professional teaching in bac pro is therefore 770 hours, which therefore induces the concept of co-training.

Unlike a student of 3nd, a Bac pro or CAP student must be active in the company by carrying out basic professional tasks, which, depending on the progress of the student, become more complex.

Our common goal is to train young people capable of entering the world of work as well equipped as possible.

You will find below the schedule of internships and PFMP for the current school year.

  • The organization of company visits for teachers in the general field,
  • The development of documents common to the establishments such as internship agreements,
  • The development of a charter on “savoir-être” in business.
  • etc.
