MCV professional baccalaureate: Commerce and Sales

Presentation of the training

The holder of this diploma carries out his activity in an omnichannel framework, within a company which distributes products and/or services. He knows how to welcome, advise, sell products and associated services, participate in sales monitoring and customer loyalty.

Option A "Animation and management of the commercial space" leads to positions as sales consultant, commercial adviser, telephone adviser, account manager.

Option B “Customer prospecting and promotion of the commercial offer” leads to positions of remote customer relations adviser, direct sales adviser, door-to-door salesperson, sales representative.

Student working hours

hourly volume corresponding to 84 weeks of teaching, 22 weeks of internship and 2 weeks of examination.

Internships – Work-study programs

The companies likely to host students are very diverse.

  • In second: 2 periods of 3 weeks with if possible an optional period A and an optional period B.
  • In first: 2 periods of 4 weeks, 1 of which must be in the chosen option
  • In terminale: 2 periods of 4 weeks in the chosen option and if possible in the same company so that the student can carry out his professional project

The skills generally required are:

  • Physical qualities: resistance, speed
  • Human qualities: ability to work in a team, sense of contact, patience
  • Moral qualities: honesty, politeness, friendliness, availability

Visit of the premises

Educational store that allows shelving, cashing on a touch screen cash register, restocking, product development, window dressing, etc.

Room equipped with tables and chairs on wheels as well as portable computer equipment to facilitate group work, and interactive whiteboard.

  • BTS NDRC (Negotiation and Digitalization of Customer Relations)

  • BTS International Trade for students who master 2 foreign languages
  • Preparatory class for business schools
