On the occasion of World Food Day, on October 16, a photographic report, produced by Peter Menzel, is presented in the Joséphine Baker room.
The theme of the photo essay was to ask families around the world to come forward with a week's worth of groceries.
This exhibition raises awareness of the diversity of food practices in the world.
The pupils were led to recognize the different countries of origin for the photographs presented and to wonder about the availability of foodstuffs. Various debates are discussed with them such as the relationship to sources of income, family situation, country of origin, etc.
