Description of professional tasks

The holder of the Professional Hairdressing Trades Certificate is a qualified professional in:

  • The basic techniques of hygiene and hair care, cutting, shaping, coloring, styling on a female and male clientele.
  • Customer reception
  • Advice and sale of services and products

He (she) manages his (her) workspace and participates in the various activities of the company.

Domains or fields of activity

            The holder of the Professional Hairdressing Trades Certificate carries out his activity, in compliance with the regulations in force, in the following areas:

  • All types of hairdressing businesses (hairdressing salon, traveling salons, home hairdressing businesses, businesses related to the hairdressing sector)
  • Entertainment and fashion sector
  • Various establishments and institutions with integrated hairdressing activities (beauty centre, thalassotherapy centre, tourism and leisure establishments, care, cure, convalescence, rehabilitation, accommodation for the elderly).
