The aesthetic BAC PRO recruits 35 students, girls or boys, the workshops take place at 12 students.

Detailed description of the activities and aims of the degree

The holder of the Professional Baccalaureate in Aesthetics, Cosmetics and Perfumery is a highly qualified technician specializing in:

Beauty institutes (*) (woman, man, mixed)
Specialized aesthetic centers (*) : nail beauty, nail prosthesis, spa, well-being, body care, tanning, hair removal
Perfumeries with or without integrated aesthetic activities (*)
Hairdressing salons with integrated aesthetic activities (*)
Thalassotherapy and balneotherapy establishments (*)
Parapharmacies with or without integrated aesthetic activities
Tourist establishments, holiday, leisure and fitness centers
Distribution companies of cosmetics and personal hygiene products
Care, cure, convalescent, rehabilitation and residential establishments for the elderly
Independent sectors: home, business
Cultural and media organizations
Professional equipment distribution companies
Companies manufacturing cosmetics and professional equipment
Social reintegration centers or associations, prison center

Necessary skills

The student will have to show faculties of observation, analysis, organization but also communication, decision-making, autonomy and adaptation.

He or she must combine:

Human qualities allowing teamwork, personnel management and customer follow-up
Physical qualities (good resistance, good manual dexterity)
Moral qualities (honesty, politeness, conscientiousness, friendliness, perseverance, availability and discretion)
