Is my contract finalized and signed (including by the apprentice's legal representative if she is a minor)?
- Scan the contract as clearly as possible (front/back) and send it by email to
contract-cfaacad@ac-poitiers.fr copy to franck.soulard@ac-poitiers.fr
- A few days later, you will receive by email your registered contract as well as the training agreement. These two documents allow you to proceed with registration of the contract with your OPCO (to find out your OPCO, refer to the chapter above).
Please note : In BP training, the contract must start very early to be in compliance with the education code if possible before the 1ther August. Possible until September 1. Beyond that, ask for help at franck.soulard@ac-poitiers.fr.
