Is my contract finalized and signed (including by the apprentice's legal representative if she is a minor)?
- Scan the contract as clearly as possible (front/back) and send it by email to
contrat-cfaacad@ac-poitiers.fr copy to franck.soulard@ac-poitiers.fr
- A few days later, you will receive by email your registered contract as well as the training agreement. These two documents allow you to proceed with registration of the contract with your OPCO (to find out your OPCO, refer to the chapter above).
Important : For BP training, the contract must begin very early to comply with the education code, ideally before August 1st . It is possible until September 1st. Beyond that date, please contact franck.soulard@ac-poitiers.fr for assistance.
